Benefits of Apple Cider Vinegar

This is one of the simplest "pioneer at-home remedies" you can use and it has a TON of uses, including:

  • "Cures" colds
  • Heals infected wounds
  • Gets rid of urinary tract infections
  • Dissolves kidney stones
  • Relieves arthritis
  • And a ton of other medicinal uses!

So what is this "miracle remedy" from the frontier days?

Apple Cider Vinegar!

I know... simple, right?

But the medical proof behind its effectiveness is pretty damn extensive and it was a powerful remedy in the pioneer backcountry.

And it's really simple to make yourself too...

How To Make Your Own"Pioneer Survival Vinegar"...Of course the easiest thing to do is just hoard away some store-bought apple cider vinegar in your survival food stockpile.

If you don't have any, add it to your list.

Just be sure to get an organic, unfiltered version that contains the "mother" which is strands of proteins, enzymes and friendly bacteria (it will look "murky" with a cobweb-like appearance).

But if our country is in serious "collapse" doo-doo and you run out, here's how to make it yourself...

1.  Take the peels and cores of 5 apples

(Note: Apples will be one of the most common foods to find at government aid centers during a crisis!)

2.  Add 2-4 pints of water
3.  Mash it all in a large container
4.  Add 1 cup of sugar
5.  Age for 2 days in container
6.  Pour into glass bottles and let set for 2 weeks

That's all there is to it.

Here's How To Use Apple Cider VinegarFor Pioneer Survival Medicine...

The best way to stay healthy and take advantage of the vinegar's powerful effects is simply to drink it.

I recommend working up to 2 Tablespoons a day in water (you can add a little honey also) for general health and - if you have any condition during a crisis - go up to 3 Tbsp a day.

There are many other uses for vinegar and ways to take it - way too many to go into here - but the cool thing is that you don't need to wait for a crisis to begin reaping its rewards.

I drink 2-4 tablespoons a day and have more energy... sleep better... and I haven't had so much as a cold in years. [Recently, while I add a tablespoon or so to smoothies, I started taking cider vinegar tabs from the Swanson Co; which offers a tremendous selection of supplements at reasonable prices].

You can even use it in a "poultice" to put on infected wounds.

(Poultices These are just one of the many "lost secrets" from the frontier days that could literally save your life in a major crisis.  These and other secrets are covered in detail in the "pioneer survival guide" I've told you about before.)

Being your own "frontier doctor" is just one of the skills you may be forced to use in case of a wide-scale blackout... financial collapse... pandemic quarantine... or any other disaster that severely challenges our infrastructure and makes you go "off the grid" for a time.

Yours in Freedom,

Bruce ‘the PoorMan’

PARTING THOUGHTS, Resources

With the holidays, there were a couple of news items that might have been overlooked. The first concerns the federal government deficit. "The federal budget deficit was $984 billion in fiscal year 2019, CBO estimates." (source: Congressional Budget Office) And, former Federal Reserve Chairman Alan Greenspan says inflation "is inevitably going to rise" as the deficit balloons over $1 trillion. This according to an article on CNBC.com.

What can you do if you expect inflation (and I do)? The first thing is to have some assets that will appreciate in an inflationary environment. Metals and real estate are the traditional inflation hedges. There are many ways to own both. Everything from coins and investment properties to mutual funds and REITs.

You'd also be wise to review any debts you have. Fixed rate debt (like a fixed rate mortgage) aren't so bad. But any variable rate debt (like credit cards, home equity loans, etc., can become painful if rates rise. That's why this article caught my attention. It's headline: "Personal loans are 'growing like a weed,' a potential warning sign for the U.S. economy" (source: MySanAntonio.com). Those are the exact type of loans that will become a problem if/when inflation returns.

So now is a great time to review your debts and make appropriate changes if necessary.

.

And change your financial future.

Urban Guerrilla Tactics During Times of Severe Civil Unrest and War

The socioeconomic divide that will determine the future of politics, particularly in the United States, is not between the top 30 percent or 10 percent and the rest, nor even between the 1 percent and the 99 percent. The real class war is between the 0.1 percent and (at most) the 10 percent—or, more precisely, between elites primarily dependent on capital gains and those primarily dependent on professional labor.

I've used cider vinegar for over a decade as it has many uses [including a simple salad dressing] It even works as a good cleaning agent when mixed w/ water.
