"The government is good at one thing...it knows how to break your legs, and then hand you a crutch and say, 'See, if it weren't for the government you wouldn't be able to walk'." -- Harry Browne

Use Your Skills to Make Quick Cash

Here are a few ideas you can try:

1.      Even adults can earn some quick money by delivering newspapers. It's not glamorous, but there are almost always routes available near your home. Early morning routes may not be convenient, but they will not interfere with your regular job.

2.      If you have the skills, you can often find temporary work, such as painting, carpentry, or even keyboarding. Contact an agency that handles temporary jobs in your area.

3.      Other skills that can help you find part-time work quickly include writing, childcare, and retail sales. Especially before the holidays, stores are always looking for temporary, part-time workers. I've also worked at a college bookstore at the beginning of a semester, when they need extra help.

4.      It doesn't require much money to start a dog-walking business. You can print up cards or just post notices in local stores, especially groomers and veterinary clinics. Ask permission first.

Donate Plasma for Quick Cash

You did not say how much cash or how soon you need it, but this may work for you. You can donate Plasma, not blood, on a weekly basis. They pay you something like $25 or more on the spot, each time you donate, so you can see how this would add up. It takes about 45 minutes to an hour each time. They extract your blood, remove the plasma, and then put the blood back in. I knew many people who did this back in college for easy spending money. Call your local hospital for information on where the nearest blood bank is located.

Quick Cash Idea: Be a Ref!

If you know anything about a sport, look into becoming an official. I officiate basketball and earned an extra $3000 in two months last year. This was all from doing grade school and middle school games. In my area, you earn $15 to $30 a game for these levels of play up to $55 a game for HS Varsity. A game usually lasts about an hour and there are games every night of the week and all day long on weekends. Many times, you get paid in cash the same day.

My suggestions would be to look into basketball or soccer first. They are played year-round and start young with boys and girls. After that, I would suggest volleyball since it is also played year-round, but it is mainly still only a girl's sport in many areas. Baseball is the most expensive to do with the initial costs of the protective equipment.

According to a Rasmussen Poll 82% of Americans say we’ve lost the war on drugs and most support the legalization of marijuana.

The Basics of Survival

When people die in the wilderness it is rarely from starvation. In fact, finding food is not your top priority nor even the second in importance. Long before a lack of food would have killed them, people are dead from not being able to maintain their proper body temperature or from dehydration. Accidents and injuries cause more deaths than starvation as well.
With that in mind, here is the general ranking of survival priorities. Of course every situation is unique, so think carefully about what is most important in your particular circumstances.

1. Address Immediate Threats

This means the obvious. You need to stop bleeding, escape that killer moose or bear, and get out of a raging river before you drown. The latter reminds us of the often-repeated rule: You can live three minutes without oxygen, three days without water, and three weeks (possibly three months) without food.

2. Find Shelter

Making or finding shelter is almost always more important than finding food or even water. That's because... (Continued in Chapter 10 of A Survival Guide for Interesting Times, one of the books in The Secrets Package.)

Battery-free lamp for developing nations is powered by gravity

In areas with poor access to electricity, many people rely on dangerous kerosene lamps once night falls. The Nokero solar-powered light is one solution that is aiming to deal with the problem, and now deciwatt.org’s GravityLight joins it in providing cheap, safe and environmentally-friendly light for developing nations.

While solar panels can be expensive and rely on sunlight and batteries to work, the GravityLight requires neither. The device is connected to a bag that can be filled with sand – or other weight – and is able to convert the energy when the weight is lifted. For example, raising the weight for three seconds provides enough energy for 30 minutes of light. Due to the lack of batteries, there are no costs after the initial investment, and there are zero waste products and no deteriorating parts

Your entire reality is scripted. Mayan calendar, Sandy Hook, war is peace and much more. It's the ultimate truth about how we are all being insidiously manipulated:

Bleach is excellent for sterilizing surfaces, which can keep your food safe to eat. But more than that, you can use bleach to make water safe to drink. Add 1/8 of a teaspoon of chlorine bleach to a gallon of clear water (1/4 teaspoon if the water is cloudy), and allow it to stand for at least 30 minutes. Then it will be safe to drink, cook with, or clean with. Like vinegar, it's cheap and easy to store. It could also be a great barter item in a crisis, provided you put away extra.

Most Canadians don’t want civil liberties taken away to combat terrorism: poll

Unlike many Americans who gladly sacrifice liberty and freedom for ‘security’…

In a poll that otherwise showed a stark generational divide, younger and older Canadians can agree on one thing when it comes to terrorism: that the majority are not ready to give up their civil liberties in order to curb it.

Sixty per cent of Canadians disagree with the statement “in order to curb terrorism in this country, I am ready to give up some civil liberties,” according to a new poll of 2,200 Canadians commissioned by the Association for Canadian Studies, and it was the only result that was relatively consistent across all ages of people surveyed.

“Canadians are very protective of their rights. They value their rights to a considerable extent and are reluctant to make compromises,” said Jack Jedwab, the executive director of the Association for Canadian Studies.

Anti-Citizen laws starting with the Patriot Act, TSA pat downs, no-knock warrants, illegal spying on US citizens by the NSA, etc. are a slap in the face to all US war veterans who fought for our freedoms only to see politicians, many of whom never served a day in the military, curtail them.

Jurors Can Judge the Law - Judges, lawyers and others in the justice system tell jurors they may only judge the facts in the case, and not let their opinion of the law, their conscience, or the motives of the defendant affect their decision. This lie is told because authorities don't want to lose control of the process of "justice" to mere citizens. "Jury nullification of law," as it is sometimes called, has been a recognized right since... Part of The Secrets Package. Why not go get it today?

Baking soda works well as an antacid. In the event you have an upset stomach, stir ½ teaspoon of baking soda into a half a cup of water and drink it. Repeat every two hours as necessary, but don't take more than seven glasses in the course of a day. Limit your doses to three if you're over sixty.

The Parting Thought-

We’ve gone from power to the people to a government of power OVER the people.

The Unconstitutional
State of America
By Bob Bauman,

Despotic rulers that oppress and cause the suffering of peoples have populated the world since the beginning of human history.

That’s one of the main reasons the United States was founded – so that there would be a land where people were free, governed by the rule of law, not by the whims of men. It’s why this country used to be called the “land of the free.”

But over the years Americans slowly have been stripped of what we thought to be unalienable rights – the very freedoms that made the United States the greatest nation on Earth.

Yet, every year the U.S. State Department has the audacity to issue a report describing what it sees as the oppressive policies of other countries, the lack of due process in Russia and Iran, or the countless human rights violations in North Korea and China. Of course the report fails to mention the actions by our own government and its officials that violate individual human rights.

The terrorist attacks of 9/11, 2001 have been used as a twisted justification by the U.S. Congress and by two presidents to enact unconstitutional laws that sacrifice the very principles they claim to be defending, all in the name of an elusive national security.

Hypocrites Run our Country

"People should not be afraid of their governments. Governments should be afraid of their people."

The general attitude of the U.S. government towards the financial conduct of Americans…certain operative assumptions that are now in use from top-ranking officials, right down through the millions of tedious bureaucratic paper shufflers. Here are just a few:

1) You are guilty until you prove your innocence; the attitude of the Internal Revenue Service, and almost every other regulatory agency;

2) You have no right to personal or financial privacy; the government has the right to know everything about you thanks to the 2001 PATRIOT Act;

3) Any attempt to save on taxes is viewed as tax evasion, not legal tax avoidance;

4) You have no right to offshore financial or banking privacy; thanks to FATCA - Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act;

5) You may have a right to expatriation in theory, but the exit tax will confiscate much of what you own if you leave, just as the Jews who escaped from Nazi Germany.

And here are some of the current illegal and unconstitutional actions of our government:

1)      Detention: National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) allows indefinite detention of U.S. citizens without charges.

2) Warrantless searches: the president can order warrantless surveillance, force companies and organizations to turn over information on citizens’ finances, communications and associations; the FBI uses “national security letters” signed by an FBI agent not by a judge.

3) Secrecy: the government uses secret legal arguments to support secret court proceedings using secret evidence.

4) U.S. military now acts as domestic police; militarization of local police SWAT teams. Aerial police spy drones are now in routine use with 30,000 authorized by Congress by 2020.

5) War crimes: federal courts are denied the power to investigate or prosecute crimes under Nuremberg principles of international law.

6) Continual monitoring: President Obama claims he can use GPS devices to monitor every move of targeted citizens without securing a court order or review.

1)      As in the days after the terrorist attacks on September 11, 2001, in the future when the U.S. economy collapses, a panicked U.S. Congress may go along with even more radical plans, just as the PATRIOT Act became law and was signed by President George W. Bush – and President Obama, as the list above shows, has gone much further than Bush in destroying our liberties.

It was Rahm Emanuel, at the time president-elect Obama’s appointed Chief of Staff, on November 21, 2008, who told the Wall Street Journal: “You never want a serious crisis to go to waste. And what I mean by that is an opportunity to do things you think you could not do before.”

Interestingly, Emanuel’s words came only weeks after German Interior Minister Wolfgang Schäuble warned in a Der Spiegel magazine interview that the 2008 global financial crisis would have political repercussions, noting that Adolf Hitler rose to power following the 1929 Wall Street crash.

"We learned from the worldwide economic crisis of the 1920s and 1930s that an economic crisis can result in an incredible threat for all of society. The consequence of that depression was Adolf Hitler and, indirectly, World War II and Auschwitz."

Have we learned nothing at all from history?
