Does anyone else find this ironic? Disingenuous Dem Party
In the age of #MeToo and BLM, the most ‘woke’ political party in the Land of the Free has chosen a guy with multiple sexual misconduct allegations as its presidential nominee; and a lady who locked up countless black people (many for victimless crimes) as its vice presidential nominee?
These are true statements, of course.
Joe Biden was accused of sexual assault a few months ago by a former staffer; he summarily dismissed the allegation, even though he told the Washington Post (prior to being accused) that women who accuse men of sexual assault should be believed:
“For a woman to come forward in the glaring lights of focus, nationally, you’ve got to start off with the presumption that at least the essence of what she’s talking about is real. . .”
On top of that, Biden has been accused by several other women of incredibly inappropriate behavior, bordering on the absurd.
Lucy Flores, for example, said that Biden-- while he was still Vice President-- came up behind her, put his hands on her shoulders, inhaled the scent of her hair, and then slowly kissed the back of her head.
Eva Murry said that Joe Biden complimented the size of her breasts when she was just 14 years old back in 2008: “Fourteen? You’re very well endowed for 14.”
There was also the 13-year old daughter of Senator Chris Coons; at Coons’ swearing-in ceremony in 2015, Biden was filmed pulling himself closer to her, gently grabbing her arm and moving his lips towards her head.
When he leaned in to kiss her forehead, she tried squirming away, looking extremely uncomfortable… at which point her mom had to politely intervene.
I mean, these stories are pretty much endless. At a minimum it’s seriously creepy.
Then there’s Kamala Harris, whose record as District Attorney involved convicting nearly 2,000 marijuana cases, averaging nearly 300 per year.

That’s high. Based on data from the San Francisco District Attorney’s office, Harris’ annual marijuana conviction rate was only exceeded once (in 1993).
But more than that-- as California’s Attorney General, Harris refused to support mandatory police body cameras. She did, however, support the death penalty.
She even insisted that a black death row inmate, Kevin Cooper, be executed, even though Cooper argued that DNA evidence would prove his innocence. Harris opposed allowing Cooper to present new evidence… until the New York Times finally wrote an article about his harsh treatment.
Back in 2011, the US Supreme Court ordered the State of California to release 33,000 prisoners, because its state prison system was ‘unconstitutionally’ overcrowded.
Harris was Attorney General at the time, and her office pushed back on the Supreme Court’s order, claiming that prison inmates (who are predominantly minorities) were cheap labor and needed to help fight wildfires.
And even the New York Times acknowledges that Harris “largely avoided intervening in cases involving killings by the police.”
Her inaction was so pronounced that protesters in her hometown of Oakland started distributing fliers saying “Tell Attorney General Kamala Harris to prosecute killer cops! It’s her job!”
In 2014 after the police shooting of Michael Brown in Ferguson, Missouri, Harris (as California’s Attorney General) faced a lot pressure to investigate cases in her state where police had shot minorities.
She declined to do so, claiming, according to the New York Times, “it was not her job.”
You get the idea.
I would also be remiss if I didn’t comment on Harris’ ridiculous selection process.
In a normal, rational world, when you hire someone for a job, you choose whoever is the most highly qualified for the position.
That alone should be the deciding factor… not something as silly as DNA or sexual orientation.
I have hundreds of employees across my various businesses; every single person was put in their position solely because they were the best fit for the job.
Sovereign Man’s parent company is run by a woman. My bank is run by a woman. I have people of various races in senior positions.
And honestly I even hate writing this… I hate describing a great executive as ‘a woman’ or ‘minority’, because, who cares?
To even even bring up such pointless attributes about them denigrates their amazing talent. They were, in no way, hired to check a box. They were hired because they’re the most qualified.
And that’s supposed to be the priority when you hire someone… at least, in a normal, rational world.
But our world is not rational. And hiring someone based on qualifications is no longer a priority.
Joe Biden’s campaign highlighted this new priority of the day when he decided from the outset that his running mate must be a black female, effectively eliminating 93% of the population from consideration for the job.
Bear in mind, this is the person who could potentially become President should something happen to Biden. So it’s a fairly important job.
But rather than consider all possible candidates, he started with a narrow subset… because the priority now is what’s hanging (or not hanging) between someone’s legs, and the level of melanin in their skin.
Everything else (including actual qualifications for the job) comes second.
Again, it shouldn’t matter. If the best qualified person for the job is a disabled, pansexual, non-binary Native American, then that’s the person who should be chosen.
I’ve been writing about this a lot lately-- this idea that priorities have radically shifted.
Universities no longer prioritize well-rounded education. The media no longer prioritizes truth. Businesses can no longer prioritize profit. The government in no way prioritizes fiscal responsibility.
And as a I wrote yesterday, even the military can no longer keep national defense as its top priority.
Marxism and wokeness are now the priorities. And you can see it everywhere.
To your freedom,

If you put the palm of your hand on your buddy's chest, it doesn't hurt.

If you press your index finger into his chest, though, it hurts enough to annoy him.

Put the same amount of pressure behind an ice pick, and you'll puncture his skin.

If your knife is sharp, it takes almost no muscle power at all for you to do damage with it.

That means even if you're olderinjured, much smaller than your attacker - or otherwise at a disadvantage - you can deal out a HELL OF A LOT OF FORCE at close-quarters.

That makes the knife a very real option, particularly for people who might have trouble racking the slide of a full-sized auto.

It also makes the knife a great one-handed backup if you're injured, disarmed, or run out of ammo.

Speaking of which. . .

2. Your Knife Never Needs Ammo

I've fought in combat, and I can tell you that there's one piece of gear that will always have a place in a soldier's arsenal...

It's a knife.

Why does a high-tech military with fighter jets, machine guns, and smart bombs issue a bayonet to its infantry troops?

Because the military knows that no matter how much ammo a soldier carries, he could run out.

When that happens, his only option is to fix his bayonet and use it as a pike to stab his enemies.

Well, no matter how much ammo you have for your gun, sooner or later, it's going to run out.

If you're out and about and carrying concealed, you've got a lot LESS ammo on you than you have stockpiled at home.

And the reality is, most people don't carry extra ammo at ALL.

You're going to run out of rounds FAST in your auto or that 5-shot snubby revolver you're carrying. . .

. . . and that's when your knife will HAVE to come into play for self-defense.

3. A Knife Is Devastating At Close Quarters (And Almost Can't "Miss")

Guns are extremely powerful.

They are, however, powerful only in a straight line.

In fact, every gun disarm relies on getting out of the way of that single straight line in front of the barrel.

That means that, even at close quarters, it's possible to miss your target.

Adrenaline dump, tunnel vision, shock, and other physical effects of a gun fight turn your aim to garbage in a real gunfight.

But if you have a knife...

You can slash.

You can thrust.

You can put the sharp edge between you and your attacker and just push, cutting them open with pressure.

With a knife, you almost can't miss.

That makes a sharp blade your best friend in the adrenaline dump of a fight.

Now, there are a lot of great knives on the market for fighting and self-defense, so...

Here's What To Look For In A "Fighting Knife"...

Ask a million "blade experts" what knife you should carry for personal defense... and you'll get a million suggestions, right?

Well, when it comes to FIGHTING with a knife, I have a few things I look for...

First, I won't carry a knife that doesn't have an ambidextrous design. Period.

Curved handles and blades limit your options for how you hold your weapon - and in a real attack, I like to have all the options I can get for fighting back.

With an ambidextrous design, it doesn't matter how you hold it: left hand... right hand... point up... point down... no matter which way you grab it, it's always ready for business!

It (of course) also has to be able to open lightning-fast!

I personally find "thumb studs" to be the best openers - especially if the knife is also "spring-assisted" so all it takes is a little nudge of your thumb to unleash the blade into instant action.

I also like as thin a design as possible so it's easy to conceal, yes... but also so that it "stabs" more effectively - especially if facing an attacker who is heavily clothed (maybe even in a leather coat!

We Have Never Seen Mortgage Delinquencies Rise This Fast In U.S. History

If our economic numbers were going to improve substantially, now would be the time for it to happen.  The COVID-19 pandemic seems to have hit a plateau for the moment, the civil unrest in our major cities has been reduced to a dull roar, and millions of Americans that originally lost their jobs have now gone back to work.  If we are going to get some glimmers of hope for the economy, this is when we should see them, because the environment does not look promising once the summer ends.

Unfortunately, the numbers that we keep getting just continue to directly contradict the narrative that any sort of a “recovery” is taking place.  In fact, the Mortgage Bankers Association is reporting that the delinquency rate on residential mortgages shot up a whopping 386 basis points last quarter…

The delinquency rate for mortgage loans on one-to-four-unit residential properties increased to a seasonally adjusted rate of 8.22 percent of all loans outstanding at the end of the second quarter of 2020, according to the Mortgage Bankers Association’s (MBA) National Delinquency Survey.

The delinquency rate increased 386 basis points from the first quarter of 2020 and was up 369 basis points from one year ago.

When I first saw that number, I could hardly believe it.
386 basis points in a single quarter?

I had never heard of such carnage before, and the Mortgage Bankers Association is telling us that this was “the biggest quarterly rise” in the history of their survey…

“The COVID-19 pandemic’s effects on some homeowners’ ability to make their mortgage payments could not be more apparent. The nearly 4 percentage point jump in the delinquency rate was the biggest quarterly rise in the history of MBA’s survey,” said Marina Walsh, MBA’s Vice President of Industry Analysis.

The delinquency rate on FHA loans is particularly troubling.
During the first quarter, the delinquency rate on FHA loans was 9.7 percent, but by the end of the second quarter that number had shot up to 15.7 percent

Fast forward to today, when the dam of pent up mortgage delinquencies cracked some more, with the Federal Housing Administration reporting that its mortgages which represent the affordable path to homeownership for many first-time buyers, minorities and low-income Americans, now have the highest delinquency rate in at least four decades.
The share of delinquent FHA loans rose to 15.7% in the second quarter, up a whopping 60% from about 9.7% in the previous three months and the highest level in records dating back to 1979, the Mortgage Bankers Association said Monday

The delinquency rate for conventional loans, by comparison, was 6.7%.
We have never seen anything like this before, and these numbers seem to indicate that we are heading for a crisis that will be even worse than the subprime mortgage meltdown that we witnessed during the last recession.

Of course the reason why there are so many delinquencies is because tens of millions of Americans have lost their jobs in 2020.

According to the MBA, mortgage delinquency rates are shooting up the fastest in the states where the job losses have been the most severe

Mortgage delinquencies track closely with the availability of jobs. The five states with the largest quarterly increases in delinquency rates were New Jersey, Nevada, New York, Florida, and Hawaii – all with a prevalence of leisure and hospitality jobs that were especially hard-hit by the COVID-19 pandemic.

The fastest way to fix this emerging crisis would be to get millions of newly unemployed Americans back to work as quickly as possible, and recently there has been some modest improvement in the employment numbers.

However, it is becoming very clear that millions upon millions of the jobs that have been lost during this pandemic are never coming back.  In fact, one recent survey found that almost half of all workers that have been laid off during this pandemic now consider their jobs losses to be permanent

In April, roughly 2 in 10 households experiencing job loss considered their layoff permanent, while the remaining majority believed they would return to their former jobs within a few months. Now, as states have stalled or reversed reopening plans and the coronavirus outbreak worsens, nearly half of unemployed workers believe their jobs are not coming back, according to a poll from The Associated Press-NORC Center for Public Affairs Research.

What this means is that millions upon millions of Americans will continue to miss mortgage payments, and a massive wave of foreclosures looms in the months ahead.
Needless to say, it won’t be a happy time for our nation.

Meanwhile, more businesses are going belly up with each passing day.
For example, we just learned that as many as 300 Pizza Hut locations are going “to permanently close”

Up to 300 Pizza Hut restaurants are slated to permanently close following the bankruptcy of one the chain’s largest franchisees.

NPC International, which filed for Chapter 11 in July, announced an agreement Monday with Pizza Hut’s owner Yum! Brands (YUM)to close roughly a quarter of its restaurants and sell the remaining locations. Specific restaurants and timing have not yet been determined, but NPC said a “substantial majority” of affected locations have dining rooms.
This is a great tragedy for those of us that love pizza, because out of all of the major pizza chains in the entire country nobody makes better pizza than Pizza Hut does.
And yes, I am being quite serious.

As soon as I could walk my parents began taking me to Pizza Hut, and I have been enjoying their pizza ever since.

Unfortunately, I don’t live anywhere near a Pizza Hut today, and so I don’t get to enjoy their pizza very often anymore.

In any event, a lot more companies are going to be waving the white flag in the months ahead.  Economic turmoil is one of the core pillars of “the perfect storm” that is now upon us, and after this current lull our economic problems are going to start accelerating once again.

Sadly, most Americans simply do not understand what is happening.
Most Americans still seem to think that everything is going to turn out just fine somehow.
What they don’t realize is that the whole system is starting to steadily unwind, and things are going to get really ugly as we continue down this road.

The Internet Loves this Park Model Log Cabin, Floor Plans Available

Click here to see more PHOTOS...

Whether you wish to build a log cabin or home, these building plans could be the perfect design for you. This log cabin is for a 775 square foot log cabin with 182 square feet of deck space which makes it great for those who want a smaller cabin or a tiny house. Our log cabin plans are drawn up and available to order to start your own building project or to hand off to builders to get the building done for you.

You could possibly even give them to a prefab log cabin kit builder so that you could have an easy to assemble kit ready to build yourself. When you order the full-sized cabin plans, you get the log cabin's floor-plan and blueprint as well as the side elevations. All of these plans and drawings are on a 1 / 1/4″ scale and come in PDF format. The PDF version of the file can be printed off at full-size at a printing shop in your area or by a an architectural designer.

This particular log cabin design features two bedrooms that are situated at the very back of the cabin which is great for privacy. There is also one bathroom close to the bedrooms with a space for a corner shower, toilet and sink with a vanity. The two bedrooms are not the same size; one is larger than the other so it could be good for a small family with one small child or for a couple or single person to have a small home office.

The living area is large and open, with the dining area in the centre of the home and the kitchen close behind. Instead of being in a room of its own, the kitchen is situated along one wall of the cabin's midsection. This keeps the entire floor plan very nice and open creating great flow and seemingly more space as well. The living room is on the other end of the cabin from the bedrooms which would help to disperse noise when people are trying to sleep. There are also two decks off of the home, one that exits out of the dining area in the middle part of the home and the other which exits near to the living room giving two entrances and exits from the home.

The plans you purchase from our website also include the editable AutoCAD file which means you can change anything you need to change as needed. You will need to have these changes made to the plan by a technologist since the AutoCAD software is required for editing. If you want to take advantage of our modification services and custom log home plan design, we can also provide 3D renderings for you. This will help you see what your home will look like once it's completed and bring the floor plans to life. To get started on deciding what type of plan you'd like, you can search through our log cabin plans, or have a look at the many log homes and cabins on the website to get some ideas for your own log home designs.
